Steve Coogan is an English actor and comedian that has starred in many television and film roles, including 24 Hour Party People, Coffee and Cigarettes, Around the World in 80 Days, and Happy Endings. The director of The 1 Second Film met Coogan in 2005 at the Sundance Press Office. Coogan initially considered becoming a $2 Associate Producer until he learned Pierce Brosnan had become a $10 Producer.
