Richard Edson is an American actor and musician. Edson has appeared in over 35 movies, and is probably best remembered as the parking lot attendant who took Cameron's dad's car for a joy ride in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and for his role in Jim Jarmusch's Stranger Than Paradise. The 1 Second Film met Edson at Sundance 2005 while having lunch with Bob Odenkirk; Odenkirk can be seen pitching the film to Edson at the end of our Sundance clip:
