Producer Allyson Penny was born in the small town of Sanger, California. She, at a young age, left home and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her goal of becoming a movie producer. After 7 long years, she finally became a producer for the little movie that could, The 1 Second Film. Being the first film, of a series of five, she looks forward to being an executive producer on later films.
Finding ways to make my life greener - I am determined to find a way to be green chic and to spread it to the masses.
Movies
I love movies that make you think, that are completely original and not some pathetic remake just so the studios can make a quick buck.
The Boondock Saints, The Shawshank Redemption, Being John Malkovich, and Elizabeth, just to name a few.
I know that The 1 Second Film, although short, will have a huge impact on the movie industry.
Music
I love it all, as long as it is not too POP! I try and stay away from MTV/VH1 recommended bands.
Favorite album of all time would have to be Joni Mitchell’s Blue
