David LaChapelle is a photographer and director well known for his surreal work in fashion, advertising, fine art photography, and music videos. David recently directed the documentary Rize. Nirvan and Craig Trudeau met LaChapelle after sneaking into a random party in downtown LA. It turned out to be an album release party for the band No Doubt. LaChapelle didn't have his wallet, but borrowed a dollar to lend support to fleeting moments.
