Biography

Brent Madison was born April 14, 1989 in Alton, Illinois. He picked up filmmaking in his hometown of Bethalto in late 2005. He and his friends were experimenting with cameras and editing tools when they became very enthusiastic about filmmaking.

He began his first film January 16, 2006. It was titled "The Ballistics" and was 45-minutes long. He has continued his filmmaking career since then to create short films and documentaries, including "Ethanol: The Hidden Panacea" and "The Door" which were submitted to the Student Films Across America Film Festival.

He has recently been working on many local films, and has even been directing his own feature film "Jealousy", a 97-page drama that is scheduled to debut sometime in January. He will leave for Columbia College Chicago this August, and will go on to concentrate in Directing. After which, he wants to move to L.A. to further pursue his filmmaking career.
