Nathan starred in the Northern comedy Battered Egos playing at the Salford Arts Theatre. His character was Dave Crackstone; a 'safe' mechanic who is very stuck in his ways and is finding it difficult to accept that his girlfriend has dreams of moving to London to become an actress. The play received great reviews and is scheduled for a mini-tour of the North West in 2009.
Nathan played Clarky in the multi-award winning soap Doctors on BBC1, Brian in the Virgin Media short film End Of The Tour produced by Scartissue Films and the lead character in the hit thriller One Woman Show which premiered at the Cornerhouse Cinema in Manchester and was later screened at the Insatiable4Film event in Essex and was shown at the 27th annual I-Con festival in New York as well as being part of the Kartal Kisa Film festival in Turkey.
Other involvements over the years include the Jim Henson Creatureshop during their UK gallery tour, series two of BBC's The Street, the murder mystery-thriller Fragments, working on a hidden camera sketch for The Friday Night Project, the demonic ADR for Hellraiser: Lifebringer and a guest appearance in the world famous Doctor Who.
Why I'm producing The 1 Second Film:
To be part of something big and fantastic within the film industry. The one second film is probably the biggest project with the shortest running time!
