Brett Ratner is the producer and director of such blockbusters as Rush Hour, Red Dragon, and After the Sunset. Ratner noticed Nirvan and Craig Trudeau in the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel during the 2004 Toronto International Film Festival. The pair had just collected $6 from the mother of an eight year old. Curiosity compelled Brett to ask what the two were doing; after getting the 'high concept' pitch, Mr. Ratner became an Executive Producer on the spot, before having to run. Of course, Nirvan and Craig had no idea he was Brett Ratner until after he was gone and they checked the name on the clipboard.
