Only a second? For me, It would have to be hearing the Jurassic Park theme come from Universal Studio's outside the gates of Jurassic Park ride. I had been saving and saving money to go on a Disney/Universal trip, because my family could never afford to go, and I had always wanted to. At that moment, it was perfect.
