Jason Felts is a writer/producer, and co-founder of J2 Pictures with his co-producer Justin Berfield. Jason co-produced Romance & Cigarettes and is currently producing Blonde Ambition and Garcia. Felts and Berfield discovered The 1 Second Film on-line; supporters of many charities, the two contacted us and arranged a meeting to get involved. While meeting in a Burbank coffee shop, McKenzie Westmore walked by, stopped to say hello, and ended up donating $500.
