A perfect moment that comes to mind happened one week after I found a lost kitten alone in the mountains. I woke up on morning to find her sleeping next to me tucked under the covers with her head resting on my pillow. For one moment I layed there admiring her when she awoke, turned to me and licked my lip. It was that moment that I realized Ruthie rescued me just as much as I rescued her. We have been in love ever since.
