Laying on top of a snowy mountain in the Swiss Alps after a 2 hour uphill hike with a friend. We had found a grassy spot to lay down on, that was actually warm from the sun. My body was hot and tired from the climb and felt like it was melting into the ground. A light snow started to fall, and something about the coldness on my skin while my warmth flooded into the soil made me feel infinite and finite, myself and all else all at once. I was so happy and at peace, feeling the flecks of snow on my face. It's a feeling I'll never forget, and it was perfect.
