Comment Notification is coming soon

Currently, there isn't a very good way of knowing if someone has commented on your profile or something you have posted about. We are researching ways to send a notification when someone comments on your profile or on a forum topic you are interested in. There are a few existing Drupal modules that address this.
We are planning to build a test environment and then plug in the existing Drupal modules in the next week or two to try out the functionality. We want something with easy one-click subscribe/unsubscribe so that producers can control whether they receive notification or not...
Just wanted to let folks know that some improvements are in the cooker.
