pitching John C. Reilly at the Roller Derby

Went to the LA Derby Doll's last night to see the legendary Stabitha skate for the Tough Cookies. My friend Morgan Hay (director of Frame #6) is married to Stabitha. John C. Reilly was in the bleachers, cheering a few feet away from us. John also happens to be a fan of Stabitha. I didn't have any fliers with me, so I borrowed a pen and drew one on the back of my roller derby brochure. It was a pretty MacGeyver pitch, but Jon was really nice, liked the idea, and came on board as our newest Associate Producer! I'm a big fan of John's work, so it's really cool to have him join The 1 Second Film's crew. We will be sure to put his dollar to good use!
