HDV deck rental

So I am working on getting us a Sony HVR-M10U for our digitizing needs.What is the appropriate offer for these guys, distinguishing between a producer credit and a sponsor credit, or are they intertwined in the sense that once donation reach a certain amount, they become a sponsor?Also, I've spent the day preparing a Mac G4 tower for us to use. It's one I've had but not gotten much use out of lately. It's all updated, albeit with an older OS and older final cut pro. If we can get new software, I am sure the machine could use a nice upgrading. -

What is the estimated value of the rental? I would say it would probably be a donated services credit as opposed to a sponsorship, unless they were willing to commit to a certain value of donated services that we would otherwise need to pay for. Especially equipment we can use while on the Road to Oprah.

A donated deck would be sweet. We have so much backlogged footage and rally need to get it in a usable form.
