At the time when you donated (the second time), you wrote that you were making a new credit. Now we can't just delete it. If you want, we can make it anonymous and disable your access to it. Or you can set the profile to private.

Thanks for replying so soon. I'd like to set the profile to private while I decide what to do with it. However, I don't think I received a username and password for the second credit. When I donated the second time, I also used the same email address as my first credit. But currently, I've only received an email with login info for the first credit.

yeah; each producer account needs a unique e-mail.

if you have a secondary e-mail, use our contact form to send it to us and we will update it for you. then you can use the password recovery to send yourself another password for that account.

It appears you have used different email addresses for each account. If you can recall the email address you used for your first account you can reclaim your password through that email address.
