when you are in a message, how do you go back to the top level of the forum topics? i see no tree?

For some reason, a lot of crew members who have made referrals are not currently getting Publicist credits.
I made a note of this and added it to the bug list.
 

site is running very slowly for me (i'm on a fast connection) - takes many seconds for each page to load

if you delete a topic, the notification page has a 'join the 1 second film' block
i am getting database level messages when i do things, maybe this is due to admin status.

Apparently, the ability to donate to other "open credits" isn't working correctly. The donation is going through, but it is being applied to the donor and not to the intended recepient. I submitted a bug to our developer.

If this has affected you, please let me know and we will fix.

We are in the process of opening this project up to everyone who signs up, wheteher they donate $1 or not. I have changed it so that members that are currently designated as "Aspiring-Producers" can now post comments, forum posts, etc.

This was relatively easy to enable. However, the aspiring-producer member profiles still don't display any personal info. This will take more time to change as it is hard coded into the site. Aspiring Producers who want their info todisplay sooner can donate $1 or more to get the Producer profile. 

We will eventually be transitioning away from the idea of "Producer Profiles"- Instead, everyone will be a "Crew Member" and get a member profile. Members can then complete certain actions to earn additional film credits. For instance, donate $1 to become a "Producer" or Refer a Freind to become a Publicist.

We just launched 2 exciting new features, an Event Calander that appears on all producer profiles, showing up to date Road to Oprah Events and Volunteer Opportunities, and an Email Me option that producers can turn on and off from your profile account settings.

The email me option allows producers to send an email to you via your profile. The email address of the recepient is not disclosed, but the email address of the sender is.

There is a bug on the site for people who subscribe to other producers profiles; for instance, if you have clicked "subscribe post" on my profile page, you are currently being emailed automatic updates whenever my page is updated- some of these email updates contain broken links.

Jason is looking into this and trying to figure out why it is not working correctly. You can always visit the profile you subscribed to and unclick the "subscribe post" until we resolve this issue. 

If you encounter this, please let us know what is happening.

Let us search the producers list by location. Finding others in my town or state would be a great benefit.
