site is running very slowly for me (i'm on a fast connection) - takes many seconds for each page to load

css page error on forum - http://i48.tinypic.com/2n88so1.jpg

"active forum topics" list on right hand block doesn't work quite right
if you delete a topic, the notification page has a 'join the 1 second film' block
i am getting database level messages when i do things, maybe this is due to admin status.

also, i changed your user role to editor/curator permissions so you can test that out. thnx.
