My Bio

I'm a film major, going to Columbia College in Chicago. Trying to get people upset about what absolute crap Hollywood is turning out just to make a buck off of people who'll go see anything (or those without standards). Hoping that my peers will try and help bring about change in that system.

What are some things you're doing to help make this film?

At the moment, just a producer. But I'd definitely like to learn more!

Why are you supporting The 1 Second Film project?

This is the kind of thing people should be getting involved in. Experiments. Outside the usual. It's new, fresh, and exciting.

Andy's Interests

interests: Any kind of media. I love writing, producing, and directing my own projects.
Movies: Favorite movie has to be High Fidelity. Second favorite, American Splendor. Third, Synecdoche New York (big on Charlie Kaufman). The Science of Sleep was also very good.
Music: Favorite band of all time is The Kinks, followed very closely by I Am Kloot. Very eclectic taste though, so it's tough for people to know exactly what I do and don't like. Hate 99% of pop music though, and rap.
Books: The Picture of Dorian Grey, and everything by Kurt Vonnegut. But I'm a big reader all around, so I have a pretty packed bookshelf.
