My Bio
Born in Canada, raised in Oklahoma. I learned to love life in LA, now I live mine in NY. I am a Production Manager and Technical Director by trade... which means... I execute visions... I make things happen... and I get shit done. I am currently the Production Manager for Jazz at Lincoln Center in the Heart of Manhattan, home to the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and Wynton Marsalis. I love Jazz, and I love my job... However, when I am not working... which is rare... I enjoy concentrating on what I really want to be when I grow up... and that... is a producer! Thanks to the one second film for making that a reality. I love entertainment and time based art. New Creation has always been necessity. I enjoy stained glass sculpture, composing, writing, and... having such little time on my hands... films that are only 1 second long.
What are some things you're doing to help make this film?
Getting shit done for New York City Parties and whatnot.
Why are you supporting The 1 Second Film project?
CalArts for Life.

Vid Taylor's Perfect Moment

If you had to choose a 'perfect moment' from your life to make into a one-second film, what would it be?

I know what it will be... but I have not experienced it yet. I promise to share it once it is mine to give.

Is this the Evangenital's friend in New York? In any case, thanks for the support! This is a big help toward our Road Trip :)

I remember walking through the Main Gallery on the night that gave birth to the cells... Right now I wish that my inhibitions had not stopped me from taking part.

You are making history. Anything I can do now to aid you in your quest is yours... just say the word. I am greatly looking forward to the future you are creating.

thank you so much man! i'm really excited about some of these NY plans- and will do whatever I can to help coordinate that. really really appreciate you getting involved and helping us make this happen.

the CalArts painting event was one of the few nights i actually got out of the stop-motion studio. helping set up our road trip is still a way of taking part; this is going to be travelling performance art. it's just a lot more work than the painting part(y). but you will definitely have to help paint some frames of The 2 Second Film, one-second of which we plan to make in NY.

For the kind welcome. Glad to be here.

Not much to tell really... at least... nothing worthy of one second's worth of film.

Next time I am in L.A. I fully expect a tour of FotoKem.
