The winds were howling in Prestatyn, Wales. My skin felt like it was being sandblasted by the entire beach as Kevin (my husband) and I staggered toward our hotel. We had just finished hiking the last leg of the 300 kilometres of Offa's Dyke Path. Felt stupidly relieved and a huge sense of accomplishment.
