I recently graduated Cum Laude from Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts degree as English/Cinema Studies Major. I am a film fanatic and I also enjoy creative writing. I am currently an Editorial Intern at Cineaste Magazine and I write a blog about film and televsion at today.com, please check it out. I’ve written many fiction and non-fiction short stories in my spare time. I co-wrote the opening credits and pilot episode of a college sitcom which won for best short at the Rider University Film Festival. Current project: editing my first feature-length screenplay. **Writing is one of my passions.I love to observe and experience and then describe these experiences as creatively as my mind will allow. **I care deeply about relationships.I put my all into important relationships. **Sad Important Event in my life: My grandmother’s death when I was in 8th grade. I was very close with her and I used to go to her house almost daily. She was very loving and she kept her large family of five children and eleven grandchildren close by having Sunday dinners and Christmas Eve at her house. **Happy Important Event in my life: I studied for a semester in London. While there I went on an 18 day bus tour around Europe visiting 9 different countries with 50 of my peers from all over the world. **Most important people in my life: My mom, my boyfriend of three years, my cousin Michelle, and my 2 year old niece Lorelai **Pet: One dog Brownie, he’s 7 but still acts like a big puppy. **Dreams: Have a script made into a movie or be a writer for a TV show. Travel constantly before settling down. Be happily/comfortably married with two kids. **Place I want to revisit: London **New place I want to visit next: Australia **Thing I least like about myself: I worry, over think, and over analyze everything **What makes me happiest: Laughter, hugs, being creative **Hobby: Country Line dancing since I was nine **Religion: Used to be Christian but now I’m agnostic and find the subject of religion interesting. **Fears: Spiders, heights, loneliness, certain British shows. **Obsessions: Chocolate, being right, cheddar cheese, watching movies, ranch dressing, taking pictures **Guilty Pleasure: Watching One Tree Hill with my roommate **What I hate most: Ignorance and close-mindedness **When I feel alive: Being silly with friends and not caring about anything else, ie. dancing freely to loud music while driving, running or rolling down hills, swimming in rivers **Least favorite chore: Laundry **Beliefs: Education should be less expensive. Gay marriage is okay. The drinking age should be 18. More people should travel.
