Hey Matt,

thanks for checking in- congrats on your projects!

things here are slowly moving. been working on a big site redesign to open the project and start building a bridge for the Collaboration Foundation. learned a ton from organizing our road trip, and incorporating lessons learned into the new design.

the new site will track referrals, give participation points, allow members to organize groups, plus a bunch of other features that will help us self-organize. it's also going to be free to join, which could shake things up in some cool ways.

i'll be sharing the new designs and sending a newsletter soon so everyone can see what we are trying to build and why.

the main thing we need now is people spreading the word to friends, and helping with fundraising to help us cover development. i'll be focusing on fundraising as well after i get the designs and budget finalized.

Thanks Matt! It's great that we can all start communicating/collaborating. This should help us to scale up and see the film through. Please share any thoughts/suggestions in our forum and we will keep making improvements.
