Creating a Collaborative Community
The internet provides new opportunities to bring people together. The 1 Second Film directs the power of an on-line social network toward creating collaborative art and social change. By pooling the collective contributions of people around the world, the film emphasizes the power of small contributions to make a difference.
Producer Profiles
Our producers each receive a Producer Profile allowing them to contribute content, network, and collaborate with one another to create a non-profit film. We will be adding more features to Producer Profiles to enable more participation. We are building this from the ground up and invite everyone to join.
Global Collaboration
The 1 Second Film is being produced by thousands of people from around the world. As we have grown, we have formed The Collaboration Foundation, and plan to follow this project with a series of non-profit sequels to be created during simultaneous collaborative events in different parts of the world. We will rely on the global collaborative community we are forming with The 1 Second Film to help create future collaborative projects.
