back in LA

got back in LA today; started working on T1SF before I got home, catching up on calls while riding the Fly Away to Union Station. I love the Fly Away: $3 from LAX direct to downtown. good deal.

We are getting ready to start with a new round of web development to make several small fixes to our site. Gianelle has been interviewing a few potential summer interns and organizing our various projects. Also got a 1 Second Magic Trick video from Matthew LaCurts , aka bagheadinc.com, who is one of our Executive Producers:

a few more producers, a few more leads...things are starting to roll into what is bound to be a big summer for this project. Gianelle and I are hammering out some road trip plans tomorrow, then meeting with Ben Goldhirsh in the afternoon to get some perspective on the bigger picture.

Also hoping to start editing some video next week with mike. our 1 Terabyte Lacie External Harddrive has been really sluggish; bought it a little over a year ago, so of course the warantee has expired... not sure if we are going to be able to get the footage off of it or not. hoping we can in order to reformat it, which might help. we really need to get more external hard drives, ideally a raid set up, but they cost. adding that to our wish list and/or things to buy next.
