Add Colbert to Your Crew - new site feature :)

We just launched a new site feature called "My Crew" that allows our producers to build their own crew lists. You can add any of our producers to your Crew, from Stephen Colbert to Kiefer Sutherland to Juli Crockett!

Just visit a producer's profile when you are logged in, and click the "Add to My Crew" link. If you have friends and family already on here, add them to your crew as well. Oh, you can add me too!

Producers you add will be listed on your profile; in addition, you will be listed on the profiles of the producers you add- for instance, add Kevin Bacon, and you will appear in Kevin Bacon's Crew. For now, your crew is listed in order of amount donated, but we may add more nuance down the line.

The "My Crew" feature is a way to start building more nested community within this project. Think of it as bookmarking; we are working on additional functionality that will eventually allow you to receive updates on your profile when your crew adds content. It's gonna be cool.

This is another step forward toward building a functional micro-collaborative online production studio type thing. Thanks everyone who is helping us build this! And big thanks to Jason Salter who did all the Drupal programming to get it working.

We are picking up our school bus on Tuesday from down in Oceanside; Levi and I have been working on bus designs. We are building a list of volunteers to help fix/paint/build the bus for our Road to Oprah. If you can help, please contact us.

By the way, Jason automatically added everyone my crew, cuz I'm pretty stoked to be working with all of you.
