The stress of the digg is wearing off, and the site is working much better today. We have had over 80 new producers since we launched, from Hungary to Indonesia. wait- 7,150! New producers are actually joining while I am typing this, and did I mention it's automated!

Big thanks to Jason Salter and pair Networks who both worked really hard all day today to get our site back up, and to keep it running- pair has donated ANOTHER server to meet the bandwith needs of our site and added a bunch of RAM; we will also be running some database optomizations in the next few days to try and handle big traffic hits better in the future. we had over 40,000 visitors to the site since yesterday. I can't explain the relief i feel in seeing the site working today. we have literally been trying/failing to make this site for years; having it finally done is a major milestone for this project. it also feels like this incredible weight has been lifted off my shoulders; to finally have this site live and to be able to share it with all our producers who made it possible. while also being able to welcome new producers who will make everything that happens next possible. it's a good feeling.

i'm crashing early today, before the sun rises.
