we have officially incorporated THE 1 SECOND FOUNDATION as a non-profit with the state of California! Thanks to the help of our pro-bono legal team over at Paul Hastings. this is one more small step toward laying the foundation for what is to come. we continue to operate under fiscal-sponsorship from the Filmmakers Alliance; there is more paperwork and then a waiting period of 3-6 months for the IRS determination, but the process is started, and i am now a CEO. that will be cool to tell my mom.

Meanwhile, today was another productive day in terms of new producers. Over 100 new producers again' somewhere around 260 new producers in the last two days!

#1 Sean says he has over 130 e-mails that he has yet to go through, but to keep them coming. We will try to get your credits listed as soon as we can.

We expect traffic will die down after the video fades from YouTube's homepage. But we have raised over $2,500 in the last two days which brings our budget much closer to the final goal.

I spent the day e-mailing various Drupal programmers; if anyone reading this is an experienced Drupal programmer, or knows one, please send them our way. We have $2,500 and need to automate our database and get our new website flight ready.
