I'm getting a loan...

So I was thinking... after reading some of the comments on my previous blogs, that I really need to donate a little more that $1 to this fine effort. I mean, if I want to become a producer, I can't just expect an automatic promotion for brilliant blogging and complementing other producers... or kissing up to the director (who by the way is a great director.)

I recently got a subtle hint from Nirvan that I needed to recruit some more producers. So, I'm thinking of a "honk if you want to help produce The 1 Second Film" bumper-sticker. (Yes... that might work.) I've tried mentioning it on Twitter numerous times to my 1,300+ followers. Unfortunately, they're so addicted to tweeting that they won't leave Twitter for a second, even to produce The 1 Second Film. {click below - read more}

Finally, I asked around at this past weekend's Southern CA Linux Expo, if any of the attendees (most of them virgins) had an interest in becoming a producer. One or two of them thought that The 1 Second Film was a porn flick, because that's all they need from a porn film... one second.

Hmm... I know that I had a point when I started this blog entry, but that was two glasses of wine ago, or in real time... one second. Does anyone here know my best friend Dan Hanna? He went to Cal Arts in the early 80's. He's famous for cutting a hole in the stage during graduation and coming out in a dress. Then again, if I were going to come out, I'd be in a dress too. But I'm not coming out because I'm straight as a three dollar bill.

I hope I've cleared up any misconceptions.
