I just got off the phone with Jason. we are gearing up to 're-launch' the site. our first launch ran into some tech difficulties with our server settings. not only did this leave a lot of the traffic from digg out, but it also kept a lot of our producers from being able to log in. at least 20 producers that joined up while the site was crashing had errors that we have been fixing one by one. We still have a few to fix.

Scaling up is a complex thing. Jason is making adjustments based on what we have learned. Hopefully, our site will be better prepared for any traffic spike that may happen when we re-launch. Jason also fixed the pics in comments, so that producer pics now appear with comments and link to profiles. This wasn't working correctly before. Embedding videos directly into profiles also isn't working. There are lots of little things. We have a short list of improvements to make in the next few days, and then plan to make another push.
